Well , Apart from Lamb minced meat , you need to collect white bread which is soaked in milk which gives binding to your lamb meat balls, salt , pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregano , chili if you needed, breadcrumbs and afcourse Parmesan cheese . Mix it well so that it will be in a good round shape .
