A specialty of Milan, made with beef stock, beef bone marrow, lard (instead of butter) and cheese, flavored and colored with saffron but here i made this delicious dish for the vegetarians by adding different kind of mushrooms, the creamy and buttery texture of this risotto dish with the addition of mushrooms makes it perfect party dish .
