A perfect dish for Lunch and dinner menus , The delicious flavor of seafood with tomatoes and basil will definitely finish your carve for seafood pasta . You can make any time this easy recipe of seafood tagliatelle and have it with nice Italian white wine .


INGREDIENTS QUANTITY


Prawns 4 no.

Mussels 2 no.

Calamari 1 tube

Clams 3 pcs

Scallops 2pcs

Lobster Omani 1 pc

Tagliatelle Pasta 100g

Basil Leaves 1 bunch

Datterino Tomatoes 1 packet

Garlic 3 to 4 cloves

Salt to taste

Black Pepper to taste

Olive oil 50ml




Method -


1. Take a pot, add water in that and ope the flame , add salt in the water and keep it for

boiling .

2. Meanwhile , wash seafood , de-shell the prawns, lobster , cut scallops into two,

cut squid tube into rings , cut datterino tomatoes into two.

3. Once the water starts to boil , add the pasta and cook it for 7 to 8 min. or follow the

time.

4. Meanwhile the pasta is getting boiled, take a pan and make it hot .

5. Add olive oil and starts to put prawns, mussels, calamari , scallops , lobster and clams,

sauce a bit and then add sliced garlic , cook it with seafood for atlas 1 minute and

then add datterino tomatoes. Cook all together , once the tomatoes gets soft , add

fish stock and cook it for 3 to 4 min. or until it saucy consistency .

6. Check the pasta if it is boil as your desire , take out from the blancher and keep it one

container , drizzle some olive oil so that it will not stick.

7. Add chopped basil in the sauce and then put the pasta into the sauce , toss it well and

then check the seasoning as the pasta already blanched in salted water , if it is less

then add salt and pepper and finish it with butter.

8. Arrange in a plate nicely and serve it with your choice of white wine .
