Well, Pancakes are the best friends of kids , their all time favorite breakfast meal and if we say in other words they can have it any time of the day . Pancakes never failed to impress the kids as well as adults if making it in a right way. Pancakes are fast and easy to make . But if you face problem in making the perfect Pancakes then the article is for you.


So, Pancake, Hotcake, Griddlecake, flapjack all the name used for the pancakes, is a flat cake , often round in shape and generally made up of starch based batter contain eggs, milk and cooked on a hot surface and serve with maple syrup, whipped cream , honey .


Here in my recipe I made a delicious Oats and Banana Pancake , in which afcourse as name derives oats is there , as well as I use rice flour instead of refined flour or pancake flour which is quite on a healthier side. As the name suggests banana so I add mashed banana in the batter which you will see or read later down in the recipe and the video if the recipe .


In a pancake every ingredients has a role like flour is important in the pancakes because of the starch content which hold s the other ingredient , baking powder helps in the fluffy ness of the pancakes but after the good resting of the batter approximately 15 minutes . Milk and eggs helps to make your batter smooth which is important when you are making the batter but here in my recipe I add some nuts so the batter is not that much smooth but yes when you are getting a bite of these pancakes I am sure the additional flavor of the nuts combine with banana and cinnamon will definitely give you a required kick .
