Chef Sanjay , Vice Presidient of Young Chefs Association of India,always stands for budding chefs and help them in guidance and growing tips in their career. A Guiness Book of world recoed holder for setting up World's Highest Pop up restaurant in Mount Everest in Nepal. He always take first step to imparting knowledge to the students regarding cuisines, gastronomic food.



Chef Sajnay was part of the Bocuse d or Asia pacific two times which is regarded as olympics of culinary chef and highly acclaimed competitions in the world.Chef Sanjay started his culinary education from Institute of Hotel Management , Chandigarh and right after that he joined The Step Program, under the Oberoi Group of hotels. After that he moved to Melbourne , Australia to pursue hospitality management with Holmes colleges alongside studies. During his Melbourne journey he worked with Langham hotel, one of the finest properties in heart of Melbourne. After this he worked in various projects in Melbourne like AFL League, Austrailian opens, International cricket tournament. These all events helps him in gaining confidence in different concepts of work environment in the kitchen.


During his overall journey until now, he believes that attitude and consistency is very important in our industry and on top of that knowledge about our area . During this tough times he have a message for young generation of culinary students -


It's one of those times that young generation can take full advantage by studying , researching, interacting with the chefs they idolize and most important putting theory to practical. Every young ones with a white jacket on comes with an desire and the one who wants to succeed builds up a philosophy alongside desire. As Chef Ferran say's creativity is not copying and I will request start by implementing this basic thought it's very important. getting inspired and copying are 2 different things and last one support the right portals... that right portals can guide you back in future. Your chef jacket might be on rest but keep your head to work and focused .
