BALSAMIC MARINATED CHICKEN NUBS | CHEF ASHISH
A perfect hot appetizer for parties, easy to make with less time
and less ingredients
A chicken thigh based appetizer which is marinated with garlic , Balsamic and Cajun spice gives you bit spicy and tangy taste and is serve with garlic Aioli.
Chicken Thigh 200 g
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Mayonnaise 120 g
Cajun Spice 1 tsp
Flour 100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Balsamic Glaze 1 tsp
Thyme sprig 1 no.
Lemon Wedge 1 no.
Clean the and wash the chicken .
Cut into thick dice and marinate it with salt, pepper, garlic, Cajun spice, Balsamic Glaze , chopped rosemary and keep aside .
Take Mayonnaise and chopped garlic together , mix it well, add bit of lemon juice and seasoning and keep aside.
Now rub the chicken with flour.
Put oil for frying , and start to fry the chicken.
Once you fry the chicken, pat dry the excess fat .
Now take the plate, Put the Garlic Aioli as shown in the video, Arrange the pieces of chicken, garnish with parsley, lemon and sprig of thyme .
